Just a little note
to say hello
Hello, I'm Madusha. My life didn’t take me where I thought I was going to go. I started in the corporate world as an intern and an assistant manager, stepped away to return to academia fully believing I was heading toward a PhD in Psychology in Vienna, and then found myself back in business- working my way up until I became a CEO at 31 (Yes, I was the youngest CEO the company's ever had).
In that time, I had to learn everything the hard way. People love to say “work smarter, not harder,” but that simply wasn’t true for me. I had to work smarter and harder than everyone around me to get where I wanted to go. My journey was filled with experiments, failed attempts, painful lessons, and a growth curve I wasn’t prepared for. But despite how hard I was working, the needle only started to move once I found the right mentor- someone who had already done everything I was trying to do, who saw the blind spots I couldn’t, and who knew how to guide me forward. People learn best through direct transmission- through teacher–student relationships. Everything changed the moment someone cast light on a path I had been stumbling through on my own. That’s ultimately why I built this platform, especially with women in mind.
I know firsthand that the experience a woman has in the corporate environment is fundamentally different from that of a man. I navigated my entire career as both a woman and, often, a minority at the leadership tables where I sat. This platform comes from the empathy I have for my younger self- the one who had no roadmap. And frankly, it doesn't matter what your gender identity is- the perception Architecture Method™ System I built with my decade of experience, really operates at a deep human level. This is the playbook I wish I all that time ago. It’s the framework that would have fast-tracked my journey and shown me exactly how to work smarter so that all my hard work actually went to the right places. A hamster in a wheel also works hard, but that effort takes him nowhere. I wanted to step outside that cycle- and once I figured out how, it became my mission to share it with as many people as possible. If you’re here because you’re ready to break your own cycle, welcome. You’re in the right space.
